Sports Sunday

The Sunday New York Times is usually good for a half dozen terrific sports stories, and today is no exception.  There's a great piece on the 1977 Watson-Nicklaus duel at Turnberry (the site of this years Open Championship), and a companion piece on the course set up this time around.   My boy Kenny Belson gets us caught up on Bobby V's recent struggles in Japan, and there's an interesting read about knuckleballer Tim Wakefield.  Did you know he started out as a first baseman? I bet not ...
