Hacks vs Flacks: softball style

June 7, 2009 - Hacks vs. Flacks: The 7th Annual Hacks vs. Flacks softball game and picnic will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2009, in Central Park, the Great Lawn, field #8, from noon to 2 PM. The annual NYFWA event pits business reporters against media relations professionals. Last year, the PR regulars dominated. Time for a reporter rally. The field is just north of the Great Lawn oval and just below the reservoir, at approximately 85th Street. Enter on either east or west side. Field #8 is just opposite field #7, where the last few games have been played. Central Park closes its fields in the rain. For field conditions on day of game, call 212-628-1036, ext. 806.
