President Obama and the Democrats have carte blanche to remake the economy in their image. So the Republicans don't want to contribute anything to the debate -- does it matter? The Democrats are on the verge of a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate. Focusing on the Republicans right now would be like talking up the Pro Bowl instead of the Super Bowl.
It's odd how Rich, Olbermann and others on the looney left can't let go. Now that the Republicans are no longer relevant, perhaps they're incapable of proffering a point of view on the Obama administration. We'll see ...
