And the award goes to ...

Keith Olberman has his worst person in the world, and I have my "worst  PR person in the world" Rusty%20Hardin.gifaward. Ok, so I just made that up, but the first winner is Rusty Hardin, better known as Roger Clemens’ jackass lawyer.  He might not be a PR person, but he has said many times that Clemens' case (correctly so) is being tried in the "court of public opinion."

And how is Rusty doing? Let’s review the record: he’s unmercifully assaulted Brian McNamee's reputation, threatened an IRS agent, pilloried the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, ridiculed McNamee’s contention that Clemens wife took HGH (only to find out from Clemens himself that indeed she had), and allowed his client to testify, under oath, to something that could land him a perjury indictment (ok that's just poor lawyering, but whatever). Plus, he has chronic diarrhea of the mouth.  Well done, Rusty. Can’t wait to see his next move …

At this rate, Hardin will have Roger guilty of the Kennedy assination by mid April. Good going, Rusty!
